If you are interested in serving on one of the City of Fort Smith boards and commissions, you may pick up an application from the City Administration Office, Room 315, 623 Garrison Avenue, Fort Smith, or the application is available online.  To request an application or for additional information regarding appointments, please contact the City Administration Office at (479) 784-2201 or by e-mail.  Applicants must be residents and qualified electors of the City of Fort Smith.  Please review the description of each individual board or commission for membership requirements.

The following are the volunteer Boards and Commissions who provide valuable assistance to the citizens of Fort Smith with their advice, study and recommendations to the particular department and the City Board of Directors.

Appointments are made from interested citizens who have filed applications with the City Administrator at the City Offices,
623 Garrison Avenue, Fort Smith, Arkansas.
