The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is administered by ComPsych and is available to benefit eligible employees and their dependents. Employees do not have to be enrolled under the City's medical plan to be eligible for the EAP program.

Long-Term Disability Insurance is administered by One America.
Voluntary Life Insurance is administered by One America.
Flexible Spending Accounts are administered by Meritain. An annual election is required. Reimbursements require a claim to be filed. The annual 2018 FSA contribution limits for Health FSA’s is $2,650. The Dependent Care FSA (also known as Dependent Care Assistance Plan) limit remains at $2,500 for individuals and $5,000 for married filing jointly/head of household.
