The Fort Smith Police Department’s S.H.I.E.L.D. Our Youth program is a dedicated juvenile crime prevention initiative aimed at supporting at-risk youth and families in our community. Together with our community partners, we are working to identify challenges and build solutions that foster positive outcomes through early intervention and mentorship.
