These shall apply to all existing residential and nonresidential structures as well as fences and accessory structures.
Form-Based Codes
These codes regulate development that controls building form first, and building use second, with the purpose of achieving a particular type of “place” or built environment based on a community vision. These codes support the Future of Fort Smith Comprehensive Plan.
Unified Development Ordinance
Provides for the orderly development of subdivisions, expansion of infrastructure and public services, and the division of the city into several zoning districts.
