The City of Fort Smith Parks and Recreation Department offers five indoor facilities that are available for rent for citizens to host events. We also provide four open space venues that can be rented for a variety of events. You can view our facility rules below.

Reservation FAQs

  • Reservations may be made Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:00pm at Creekmore Community Center or by calling (479) 784-2368
  • Payment is required to be paid in full within 72 hours (3 days) after booking. If not paid within this time, the reservation will be cancelled.
  • We accept payments in the form of cash, check, debit, or credit. If you pay with a check, you must do so no less than two weeks (14 days) prior to your event.
  • Cancellations are required at least 10 business days prior to your scheduled reservation or no refund, apart from the deposit, will be issued. You must present your original lease agreement when requesting a cancellation.
  • Tables and chairs are provided at each indoor facility and must be kept inside the facility at all times.
  • Setup and cleanup are included within your reservation time.
  • Use of alcoholic beverages must be authorized in advance of your reservation date. Alcohol consumption is permitted only within the room(s) in which your event is being held. Downtown facilities are the only areas in which a permit will be issued for alcohol consumption (Ordinance 38-17).
