Our Commemorative Tree Program allows groups and individuals to donate trees to honor associates, friends, and loved ones. This program provides a way for you to stay connected to a particular place and offer the opportunity to help the community stay beautiful for generations to come.

Commemorative Tree Planting Program Form 

To participate, complete the Commemorative Tree form and submit by mail or in person. Upon receipt of your form and payment, City Staff will contact you regarding potential locations and/or tree species. Please contact the Parks and Recreation Department at 479-784-1006 with any questions.

Commemorative Tree Planting Program Form 

To secure your Commemorative Tree, a $300 donation is required. This amount includes the purchase of a tree with an approximately 1.5-inch-thick trunk, future maintenance costs, and a one-year replacement guarantee.
