Our Memorial Bench Program allows groups and individuals to donate benches to honor associates, friends, and loved ones. This program provides a way for you to stay connected to a particular place and offer the opportunity to help the community stay beautiful for generations to come.

Memorial Park Bench Form

To participate, complete the memorial park bench form and submit by mail or in person. Upon receipt of your form and payment, City Staff will contact you regarding potential bench locations. Please contact the Parks and Recreation Department at 479-784-1006 with any questions.

Memorial Park Bench Form

A beautifully engraved bench is a great way to memorialize someone important to you. Memorial benches can be four, six, or eight feet long. The donation cost covers the purchase of the bench, installation, and commemorative plaque. Your newly installed bench will be secured on a concrete pad. City Staff will help you determine an appropriate location for your Memorial Bench.
