Fort Smith Transit is excited to be offer you an improved way to manage your On Demand and Paratransit trips!

You now have two quick and convenient ways to book or cancel your trips: through our website at AMBLE, or through the Amble mobile app from the Apple Store or Google Play.

All you need to create an account is your name, your customer ID, and birthdate. For more details on the program and how to join, please call (479) 783-6464 or email transit@fortsmithar.gov.

What is Amble?
In an effort to provide greater convenience, our riders can now book, cancel, and manage trips online or through the Amble mobile app.
What information do I need to book my trips online or through my phone?
All you need is your name, customer ID and birthdate to get set up.
Where can I find my customer ID? What if I forgot it or don’t have one?
Please contact 479-783-6464 or email transit@fortsmithar.gov and we will provide you with one.
Can I still call in to Fort Smith Transit to schedule or cancel my trips?
Yes, FST representatives are available to assist you if you choose to call.
What if I make a mistake when I book my trip?
That’s okay! You can cancel your trip through the mobile app or online.
How do I know if my trip is confirmed or where my trip stands?
You can check your trips on the mobile app or online. If a trip is booked, “Confirmed” will appear under your trip status. If you see “Pending Approval” or “Unscheduled,” FST has received the request but is in the process of scheduling the trip.
Does the mobile app work with all phones?
The Amble app is compatible with Google Android and Apple iOS 8.
