The best way to report a missed collection or other problem with your curbside pick up is to call us before 3pm on the day of your missed collection. Call us at (479) 784-2350.
Multiple Pickups
Trash, yard waste, and recyclables are picked up separately by different trucks at different times throughout the day.
Curbside Time
Trash, recyclables, and yard waste should be placed curbside no later than 7am on collection day.
Cart Distance
Carts need to be a minimum of three (3) feet apart from each other.
The City of Fort Smith Department of Solid Waste Services offers free “walk–out” services for elderly and disabled residents who struggle to get their carts to the curb.
